Zucker's Bagels Grand Central

Just ordered from here this morning. Ran into a small billing issue, but they were VERY nice about handling it. I had originally ordered a side of potato salad with my meal. They had called me to tell me that it was unavailable at this time so they offered an alternative. I asked them to just take it off the bill instead. Upon receiving my food and after paying, i realized i was still charged for the potato salad. I called them back and the gentleman i spoke to gave me the option of being sent another side or receiving cash back, all while being polite. He sent someone back in the rain to give me the correct change. Thanks for the great customer service & good food. That combo will always have me returning.

My order arrived faster than the estimated time giving, the food was fresh and delicious best bagel sandwich I've had. I would definitely recommend and order from Zucker's Bagels again.

Best bagels in the city. I wish they had more breakfast food options but I'd always get a bagel anyway. Health bagel + jalapeo tofu cream cheese + bacon = thebomb.com

wish the delivery fee wasn't so high, but overall the food is amazing. Try their Chai iced latte, it is amazing!

Great local spot and for last minute orders

Ordered breakfast from here on the weekend. Delivery man forgot to bring orange juice and once I mentioned it he told me he would contact the manager to reimburse me. I Didn't make it a big deal and decided not to even bother over something so small. 20 minutes later the delivery guy was back at my door with the drinks. Really give him props for coming back and giving great customer service. After seeing that class act, I'll be ordering again.

I ordered a catering spread for an office anniversary. The food not only arrived on-time, but was completely delicious! I got so many raves from my co-workers: we're certainly using them again in the very near future. They did forget one 1/4 pound of cream cheese, but when I called (and had very friendly phone service) they brought it to the office not 15 minutes later. I was/ am more than impressed!

I'm a huge fan of Zucker's! I grew up in a household where bagels and fish spreads were standard and always delicious. Zucker's never let's me down. Bagels are fresh and the baked Salmon Salad is out of this world. They also have great customer service. Delivery takes a little longer than I would like but it is worth it!

Always love what I order from Zuckers. I have tried the bagels and a few of the signature sandwiches and everything has been great. The fresh squeezed OJ is awesome as well. Delivery was much quicker than the estimate time of arrival. I will definitely order from here again.

Only negative is that Zucker's always over-estimates (sometimes by more than an hour) its delivery timeframe. While it's nice that they are always early relative to the long estimate, it would be easier if the estimates were accurate in the first place.
